How meat consumption leads to climate change?

Before I go let me explain briefly Climate Change, It is simply change in average weather over a period of time. It is the most critical and challenging issue for entire humankind in present days. We need natural resources like land, water & energy to survive and continuously this need is increasing as time passes due to increase of population but our resources are limited. So, we have to think of sustainable development. According to report of United Nations regarding environmental changes, we need to change our food system because it is one of the important factor which affects climate change.

Eating of more meat leads to increase carbon emission and also demeaning the animal population that affect our biodiversity and ecosystem. Various emission happened in meat industry from agriculture to production of meat that create environmental  impact. A production industry process like energy consumption, solid waste output and various kind of other discharge which leads to generation of Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Nitrous Oxide (NO2) and other bi-product too.
Greenhouse gases also emitted from these industry which leads to rise of average temperature of earth called as Global Warming. More intake of meats results in more methane and carbon dioxide emissions from manure and contribute to Global Warming.
