Youth India & Youth in India

 Hellooo reader !

I am writing this blog from bottom of my heart and mind considering present scenario of the country, what I feel about the Youth of India and Youth India. As per census of 2011 the percentage of youth (15-24 year) is around one-fifth of the total population, it's a big number and couldn't be shun. But I will not only talk about this range of age instead make it 15 to 30. The current situation of India is too worse if we look towards employment, around 24 percent of the Youth are unemployed according to ILO( International Labour Organization) report 2019. And of course, this percentage is been increasing due to COVID Pandemic.(You can refer to my first blog on Impact of COVID on Employment).

Man versus Machine
There could be many reason, but i will try to highlight few. First, Implementation of Technology and Machines everywhere without concerning of human employment. I am not against of Tech. and Mach. but we should care that one machine can replace more than one human, so where will those extra worker will go. Because of this, mainly the lower level employee affected not top level management.
There is a fight between Man and Machine in today's scenario in India and we have to develop a synergy between them.
Unemployment Rate
Unemployment rate from (1999-2019)

Why many Indian Graduates are Unemployed?
Many graduates are still not having job. Why?, Yes you could raise the question that they don't have skills but ever you thought that why they don't have skill?. Are our all institution providing us skill education?. Are enough funds available in different Institutes/Colleges of India. The Answer is No, why because our country is not spending the full money which is allocated for development of Education Sector. We are having fund of 6% of GDP (discussed in 60's but not implemented) to spend in Education sector but we never touched it yet. This provision was discussed in 60's that if India wants to develop then it has to spend around 6% of GDP to Education Sector, Again this topic raised in parliament in 2020 that our country will touch the line of 6%. Let's see whether we will lose or win in coming era.
Privatization is another major reason in demeaning of Government sector jobs. Recently Government has announced that they are going to privatize some public sectors company, few parts of railways and merging of banks. Also there is reduction in vacancy seen in past few years in Government sectors. Government jobs are the dreams for poor and middle class students to make their life better. Generally poor economic students can't afford quality education, So to compete in corporate/private jobs is difficult for them.
Actually, core sectors of India is not performing well and contributing a very little in GDP that's why government decided to run it by private players. There could be other option like Government could work on the loopholes of these sectors and  make their management strong by enforcing laws. The management of private firms are good that's why they are able to generate more profit. Privatization is not only the solution, solution is better regulation and management with strict enforcement of rules and liabilities.

What are opportunity available to earn money?
In India only around 43 percent of population uses internet and in coming years this figure will rise drastically which will expedite the Digital revolution. Now, the time has come for a change towards digital movement. In New Education Policy released by Government of India, more focus on the skill education and digital revolution. Digital marketing is currently a good source of income. Many Youtuber, Blogger, Online tutor, Affiliate marketer etc. are earning a lot from digital platform while many graduates  are still seated idle at homes. You can go towards digital market which could be a good choice but meanwhile your passion matters. There are many trusted platform available from where one can earn money working from home but one thing keep in mind before you go Google about that and do research and then begin.
Now-a- days peoples are becoming lazy and not interested to do work, just picking that point what the people wants Amazon developed his business and serving almost entire population of world and Now Jeff Bezos is world richest person.

Convert the problems into opportunity.
