Has Russia Developed the COVID vaccine?

Heading of this post is associated with hope of entire human kind, Has Russia Developed the COVID vaccine?

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Tuesday regarding COVID-19 vaccine for civilian use and also told that his daughter took a shot of the vaccine.

Russia became the first country who grant regulatory approval to this Vaccine developed by Gamaleya Institute in collaboration with Defence Ministry of Russia.

Is there anything wrong ?

But there is a Scepticism in it , as the expert are saying that Russia has completed his clinical trial before time and they are putting citizens in risk.
According to expert, Russia has only completed his first trial and announced that civilian can use it.
Russia had started its phase -1 trial in June 17 and Phase -2 on July 13, after that suddenly in 11'th of August they announced that vaccine has gone through all trials and it is ready to use but as far expert opinion it took at least 6 months to complete all three trials. So, it's difficult for the citizens to believe on.
Russia is claiming that this virus is similar of MERS( Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) and they got no negative effects of this Vaccine while volunteering in phase trials, that's why they have this much confident. 
But we should think at least once before go for it.

 Hellooo reader ! I am writing this blog from bottom of my heart and mind considering present scenario of the country, what I feel about the Youth of India and Youth India. As per census of 2011 the percentage of youth (15-24 year) is around one-fifth of the total population, it's a big number and couldn't be shun. But I will not only talk about this range of age instead make it 15 to 30.
